Our central location offers a five minute walk to your everyday needs.  Bus and Taxi stands are also in close proximity for your transportation needs.

The Pavilion is only 30 meters from our famous promenade. There you can enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle with an evening stroll along the shoreline or indulge yourself in our traditional taverns in which you can find fresh fish and traditional Greek dishes. Afterwards, you can relax in the scenic cafes along the promenade and enjoy your evening with ocean views and a relaxing atmosphere. Since our rooms combine the versatility of an apartment, you also have the option to self-cater your needs.

At the Pavilion, you have the option of spending a relaxing evening at home with the comfort of a home cooked meal while relaxing on your private balcony.  Our bright and airy rooms are sure to please you.  The amenities include air conditioning/ heating, free Wi-Fi, kitchenette with fridge, safe, hair dryer and satellite TV. Washing machines are provided at an extra charge.

You can also use our internet cafe, or our free wireless connection to catch up on some news from home or send a couple of emails to your loved ones.  The Pavilion has also been awarded in the past for its cleanliness, so you can rest assured that you will have a clean and sanitized room for your enjoyment.

We offer spacious self-catering Studios, One Bedroom Apartments and Two Bedroom Apartments, which are all very well equipped, and have the capability of sleeping 2, 3 and even up to 5 persons.

Monthly rates are available for guest that would like to enjoy Karpathos for a longer period of time.
